Refunds for claims will be processed within up to 30 business days, provided the product or service has not been ordered or dispatched. If the product or service has already been ordered, the amount will be credited to your account for future use. Please note, fees for credit card usage, international or domestic transfers, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

The core deposit will be refunded within up to 30 business days for units within the United States and within up to 60 business days for international returns. Delays may occur depending on shipping and processing times, but we strive to expedite this as much as possible.

If a refund is requested, please be aware that any fees associated with credit card transactions, international or domestic wire transfers, and applicable taxes will not be refunded. These deductions are necessary to cover third-party costs and transaction fees.
