Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Logistic Aircraft Delivery LLC ("Logistic Aircraft," "we," "our," or "us"). This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for services provided.


1. Refund Policy


Refunds for claims will be processed within up to 30 business days, provided the product or service has not been ordered or dispatched. If the product or service has already been ordered, the amount will be credited to your account for future use. Please note, fees for credit card usage, international or domestic transfers, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.


2. Core Return Policy


The core deposit will be refunded within up to 30 business days for units within the United States and within up to 60 business days for international returns. Delays may occur depending on shipping and processing times, but we strive to expedite this as much as possible.


3. Fees and Deductions


If a refund is requested, please be aware that any fees associated with credit card transactions, international or domestic wire transfers, and applicable taxes will not be refunded. These deductions are necessary to cover third-party costs and transaction fees.


4. Exchange or Refund Process


To request an exchange or refund for any part or service, you must complete a form assigned by an agent from our Parts Department. This form is essential to validate your request and process any applicable warranty claims related to the equipment you purchased.
